The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in commercial construction. The Senior Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing field operations, supervising personnel, ensuring compliance with project procedures, and maintaining client relationships. Proficiency in construction scheduling, cost control, and project management software is essential.
